LEE FREMMING - PRINCIPAL

Experience and Qualifications:

Mr. Fremming has been designing civil engineering projects in the Merced area for over 25 years.  He is familiar with all aspects of project planning, design and management, including construction staking.  Construction costs of projects designed by Mr. Fremming have varied from $25,000 to over $2M.  Past projects include:  Yosemite North Shopping Center; East Olive Avenue Improvements; Pacific Gas & Electric Madera Service Center; Cottonwood Junior High School; Westgate Shopping Center Rehabilitation; Winton Water & Sewer Improvements; Quail Village Subdivision; Roselle Middle School; Castle Air Force Base: Resurface Primary Runway; Repair Taxiway 1, Phase 3 and 4; Repair Storm-Drain Disposal System, MFH; Enlisted Officer's Open Mess; Base Civil Engineering Complex; Wastewater Treatment Facility Study; etc., plus numerous subdivisions.

Mr. Fremming has acquired significant field and office experience with many types of government and private development projects.  Serves as District Engineer for the Merquin County Water District, Keyes Community Services District, and Biola Community Services District.

Proficient in the analysis and design of water supply and distribution systems, storm drainage systems, sewage collection and pumping systems, parking lots, streets, pavements and pumping systems.  Mr. Fremming has attended a number of seminars regarding new technologies and techniques.
