DAVE HEINRICHS – CHIEF OF SURVEYS Land Surveyor, PLS 7621 Experience and Qualifications Mr. Heinrichs has been with this firm for a total of 16 years. He has had other similar experience with private developers and a general engineering contractor. He has been in responsible charge of the survey crew for the last 13 years. During this period he has been involved with numerous boundary surveys in sectionalized and subdivide lands, GPS survey for both horizontal and vertical control, management of multiple crews and post processing of data collected in the field.
Mr. Heinrichs skills include performing boundary closure calculations; using AutoCAD design and drafting software, SoftDesk Civil Engineering Design software and TDS Survey Link software; serving as Party Chief for land surveys; preparing parcel maps, record of survey maps, topographical maps, aerial control and using state of the art electronic surveying equipment.
Mr. Heinrichs attends seminars and review course to stay abreast new surveying techniques and changing standards in the GPS arena. His experience and technical knowledge contributes to the team approach on many diversified projects and their positive outcome. Professional Affiliations
